Jermaine Mcmillan, PhD
Director, Administrative Services
Dr. Mcmillan directs the day-to-day management of administrative personnel and facilities for the Children’s Learning Institute and affiliated programs. In his role, he oversees administrative support for all areas of CLI while optimizing the management of CLI’s finances and budgets. This includes oversight of varied funding sources and grant awards to ensure compliance with all grant requirements, legislative and organizational regulations, policies, and procedures. Additionally, he collaborates with leadership on tactical and strategic planning.
