Assistant Director, Texas School Ready
Rachel Martinez has a professional focus in working with communities that serve the most at-risk children in public education. Her areas of interest include: diversity and equity, continuous quality improvement, instructional leadership, strategic innovation, and multi-lingual education.
Rachel Martinez is an Assistant Director for Texas School Ready (TSR), within the Texas State Initiatives at the Children’s Learning Institute (CLI). Mrs. Martinez supports TSR Comprehensive and TSR Online. Her efforts support fidelity monitoring as well as installing innovation programs such as TSR Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) and the Administration Professional Learning Series (APLS).
Prior to joining the team at CLI, Mrs. Martinez provided servant leadership with a 20+ year career in public education and non-profit sectors.
Mrs. Martinez received her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi and a Master’s degree in Public School Administration from Texas A&M in College Station.
