Biography
Jasmine Wiggins is an Assistant Director for Texas State Initiatives, leading the Texas Rising Star Statewide Initiatives Project. Jasmine is a native of the Mississippi Delta and joined the Children’s Learning Institute in 2014, following her passion for serving those in Education, specifically in the Early Childhood sector. Jasmine currently leads the team that is responsible for the training and implementation of the state’s quality rating and improvement system. With more than 20 years of experience in Early Childhood, she is a key contributor to developing and implementing programs that support providing high quality care to children and families in the state of Texas. Jasmine is committed to excellence and loves the work that she gets to do. As a lifelong learner, Jasmine approaches obstacles from the perspective that challenges provide opportunities for growth.
