Darcy Dycha, MEd

Darcy Dycha is a seasoned educator beginning as a first grade teacher in an inner city school in Canada. She quickly rose to prominence for her leadership in literacy instruction, earning recognition as a finalist in Excellence in Teaching. Transitioning to roles in educational leadership and project management, she contributed to large initiatives such as the Alberta Initiative for School Improvement and Texas Reading First. Ms. Dycha is also credited as a contributing author of  Fundamentals of Literacy Instruction and Assessment, a textbook used for instruction of preservice teachers. In her role as Assistant Director of CLI Solutions Group, she oversees the Solutions Group Training Network and the Solutions Group Research Center.

Education

Ms. Dycha completed her studies while residing in Canada, where she attended the University of Alberta. There she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor’s of Education in Elementary Education, and Master’s of Education in Reading.
