Mind-blowing Fun for the Whole Family!
Children and their families from the Houston community participated in hands-on demonstrations that made lasting memories at Brain Night for Kids. Hosted by UTHealth Houston Neuroscience Research Center, this free event was held at The Health Museum on March 12, 2026. The evening featured numerous science activities designed to inspire the next generation of neuroscientists.
The Children’s Learning Institute manned a table offering elementary-age children engaging ways to explore how the brain works. Dana PhD, and Veronica Dchildren build their own nerve cells with pipe-cleaners, and shared Resources for Children with Learning and Developmental Differences with families.
