A STEM-tastic Adventure at Children’s Museum Houston
Houston area children were invited to spark curiosity, fuel discovery, and dive into the ultimate STEM celebration at Children’s Museum Houston! On Saturday, May 10, 2025, CLI teamed up with the museum to host “STEM-tastic! A Day of Explorations that Inspired Young Scientists.” This high-energy event marked the 75th anniversary of the National Science Foundation (NSF).
Attendees got hands-on with mind-blowing experiments, thrilling science shows, and interactive workshops designed to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators. Countless children took on the STEM Challenge Course, were amazed by live bubble performances, and explored jaw-dropping demonstrations—all while uncovering the power of science, technology, engineering, and math!
Plus, we shined a spotlight on NSF-funded projects that are making waves in early STEM learning, with a special focus on empowering girls in STEM. This event was a STEM-sational day of discovery!
