Director, TSI Operations

Brian Herod’s professional focus is improving operational excellence. His areas of interest include: continuous improvement, project management, and strategic implementation. As Director of State Initiatives Operations, he supports strategic alignment between finance, analytics, and program operations for the Texas State Initiatives implemented by CLI. Mr. Herod also serves as the technology director for the CLI Engage and Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System platforms, each supporting over 100,000 early childhood educators throughout Texas.

Education & Training

Mr. Herod obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Technical Project Management from the University of Houston.
